In case you hadn’t noticed we’re moving again. Oh crap, that puts a bit of a hitch in ye ol’ training plan doesn’t it. Well right now there’s just no way I’m going to be able to get the long runs in until after the bulk of the move is over. Between caring for Aral and getting to Swedish to have my head examined there’s just not enough time or energy. That’s ok though. What I’m going to do is continue with the maintenance work and focus on my core when I can’t run (like all next week).
I’ll adjust the plan and repost it shortly with better dates that will be more likely hit than brushed over.
