More on Mars Trac

This is a follow up post about the Mars Trac program at ASU. They’re still attempting to raise money for their program via Indiegogo and I encourage you to consider supporting these students as they build the tools that will be a necessity for Martian habitation.

In addition to this they’ve recently produced a new video which explains the project in more detail and gives more information about what the project goals. There are plenty of shots from MDRS to boot.

Finally, Todd Gilbert, the project lead for Mars Trac, received a box of books from me jut the other day. If you need encouragement to support innovation for Mars you will soon be able to get a limited edition, signed copy of THE BIG RED BUCKLE for your donation to the project. I get nothing, but the satisfaction of helping some fresh ideas, if you donate to this project. You on the other hand could gain the same sense of satisfaction AND a really good book.
