Brought my heart rate up considerably higher than I have lately. Just tried to keep it higher (above 120, even into 130). Nothing fantastic. No running. But I sweated it the whole way and Lyra was happy to stretch her legs.
The sunshine made an appearance
The good news is that I know I can maintain the faster pace for a longer period of time. The bad news is that I also know that my well of energy isn’t nearly as deep as it used to be. Got some work to do.
Easy listenin, hard bowlin, slow mowin, small growin, yard bird with long term, ego driven, unrestrained, malformed visions of fame, fortune, and Princesses. Would love a career smuggling for the resistance damn the Empire’s big guns, blockades and silly Death Stars.
